We would like to take this opportunity to introduce National Bond & Trust Company, Inc. ("NBT") as the new administrator for bond programs previously sold and administered through American Bond Services, effective January 2009. NBT is an authorized Savings Bond Issuing Agent for the U.S. Treasury Department with over 30 years of experience in this marketplace. NBT issues, prints, and mails approximately 350,000 bonds each month directly to employees. NBT provides a dedicated staff to handle your employees' questions and requests.
If you are an American Bond Services client, your American Bond Services representative is transitioning to NBT and will continue to support your account. In the coming months, a representative of NBT will be contacting you to discuss transitioning bank routing information for your employees who are currently participating in the program. There is no change in the processing of your employee participants today.
